Since the founding members formed the association in 1991 and became part of IGRA in 1993, ARGRA has grown to over 400 members, surpassing any other single IGRA member association by almost 100 members! This truly speaks to the organizations ability to consistently bring members of the gay community together in the name of Rodeo and in the Spirit of Charity.
As an ARGRA member, you will be proud of the association's generosity. Thousands of dollars go back into the community and to needing organizations each and every year. Over 3,000 cowboys and cowgirls are anticipated at the Canadian Rockies International Rodeo!!! An ARGRA member pays $20 dollars less than a non-member to watch men and women from around the world Ride 'em in the Rockies!!! Becoming a member and coming to the rodeo means that your $20 dollar membership was essentially FREE!
In order to survive in the GLBT community, an association has to know how to throw a party and ARGRA's been practicing once a month for years….we're getting pretty good at it! A member saves $4 dollars at ARGRA's monthly dances. Because we have 10 a year, the potential is for you to save another $40 dollars.
