20th Annual CRIR / Rockies International Rodeo.
ARGRA has many opportunities to work with us, and Rodeo with us.
These are enjoyable positions, where you get to meet almost everybody who participates in this years 20th Annual Rodeo, and Music Festival.
Scanning Checker – Tornado Dance ( Dance Hall )
Check ID, Check/scan wristbands, and check to ensure Liquor doesn't leave the area. One of the later shifts (for all you night-owls) but one of the most interesting!
Fri: 2100-2400 2400-0300
Sat: 2100-2400 2400-0300

Scanning Checker - Music Festival (Entrance to Music Festival Stage)
Duties Check / Scan Wristbands, and liquor control. Outside and lot's of great music!
Fri: 1200-1600 1600-2000 2000-2200 Hours
Sat: 0700-1000 1000-1400 1400-1800 1800-2200 Hours
Sun: 0700-1000 1000-1400 1400-1800
Scanning Checker – Grand Stands (Entrance to Grand Stand Beer Gardens)
Duties Check/Scan Wristbands, and Liquor control leaving area.
Sat: 0800-1200 1200-1600 Hours
Sun: 0800-1200 1200-1600 Hours
Scanning Checker (Main Gate)
Duties Check/Scan Wristbands, and liquor control into grounds.
Fri: 1200-1600 1600-2000 2000-2200 Hours Sat: 0700-1000 1000-1400 1400-1800 1800-2200 Hours Sun: 0700-1000 1000-1400 1400-1800 1800-2200 Hours
Ticket Booth (Main Gate)
Duties: Sell Rodeo Packages, Upgrade packages, General Ticket Sales Top Priority Volunteers required. Your smiles will greet the Guests all weekend.
Fri: 1200-1600 1600-2000 2000-2200 Hours
Sat: 0700-1000 1000-1400 1400-1800 1800-2200 Hours
Sun: 0700-1000 1000-1400 1400-1800 1800-2200 Hours
We require 3 persons at peak times. 1 Cash, 1 Banding, 1 Package upgrades!
Information Booth on Midway – Small Red Building
Provide info to Guests, Volunteers and Rodeo Contestants.
Retail Sales
Fri: 1200-1600 1600-2000 Hours Sat: 1000-1400 1400-1800 1800- 2200 Hours
People Movers (Outside the Main Gate/Entrance)
Duties: Assist transport of Guests between the Gate and the Campground, and liquor watch when leaving the campground. This is guaranteed to be the "fun" and most interesting volunteer gig ... lots of laughs and some very nice passengers!

We also have a General Volunteer List for Tues, Wed, and Thu prior to the weekend.

If you are a handy, dandy type of person, like construction, set up, move things around, run errands, decorate, and move things around again, in general just help out, this could be for you. We can use the brains, and muscle there for sure.

I will slot you in where it is you want to go, and if you can give 4 hours Super ... 8 Hours that's a hero in my books. Volunteers are what make this event great!
